I agree that it would be quite difficult for a teacher to plan this lesson and find the appropriate material especially for a new teacher.
If the goal of the class is to learn the grammar concepts, then PPP approach would be best. I would say it all comes down to the learner's needs and goals.
I can not imagine that I am going to complete my fourth TESL course. This course was definitely very interesting for me. I learned the importance of teaching grammar and various grammar teaching methodologies. It developed a better understanding on providing corrective feedback and assessment. Finally, I managed to develop a lesson plan putting all my learning together.
